A2B2 Developers Poottuthakku Llp is based out of Egmore, right on Casa Major Road at No. 23. It’s a pretty well-known street in Chennai with a lot going on. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, focusing on development projects in the area. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as the team at Casa Major Road. We don't have a lot of fancy marketing materials or a big team of PR people. It’s mostly just us looking at land and trying to figure out how to put buildings on it that make sense for the people who live here. Egmore is a central spot, so we get to see a lot of what’s happening in the city. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We’ve got desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files and maps. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and local authorities to make sure everything is moving along as it should. It can be a slow process sometimes, and there are always hurdles to clear. We don’t try to sugarcoat that. It’s tough work, but we’ve been at it long enough to know how to handle the ups and downs. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at the project sites. We like to stay busy and get things done. If you’re looking for a corporate experience, that’s not really us. We’re just local developers trying to do things right.
