A T S Sheet Metal

We are located at 126 Ramakrishna Street in West Tambaram. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city, but we’ve been here for quite some time. The sound of cutting and bending metal is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. We do sheet metal work, so there’s always stacks of steel and aluminum lying around. It’s not the cleanest job, and the workshop gets pretty warm in the afternoons. Our crew is small, just a bunch of guys who are good with their hands and know how to handle the machinery. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us wipes our hands on a rag and goes to see what they need. We take on all kinds of small and medium jobs. Sometimes it’s just a simple bracket, other times it’s more complex stuff. We try to be careful with the measurements because once you cut the metal, there’s no going back. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The street outside is usually quiet compared to the main roads. We like being in West Tambaram, it feels like home. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we’re still here doing the same things every day. It’s a bit messy with scraps on the floor, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the metal.
