7 HILLS CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been working out of our office here on Fortbagavatham Street in T. Nagar for some time now. It is a busy spot, especially being right near Chellam Clinic, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside our door at No. 16. Most days you will find us buried under drawings or talking to the guys on site about why a delivery is running late. That is just how it goes with building things. We started 7 Hills Constructions Private Limited because we knew how to put things together and figured we could make a living at it. It isn't always pretty. Sometimes the weather doesn't help and sometimes a supplier forgets half the order, but we handle it. Our team is just a handful of folks who know their way around a concrete mixer and a level. We don't spend much time on fancy office decor since we are usually out at the sites anyway. If you walk past the clinic and see our sign, you might catch one of us grabbing a tea nearby. We deal with all the usual headaches that come with construction in Chennai. The humidity is tough on the workers, and the narrow streets make getting trucks in a real pain. But we get the walls up and the roofs on. It is honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just the one that shows up and does what needs doing on the property.
