4C BUILDING ENVELOPES AND HEIGHTS LLP

We've been operating 4C Building Envelopes and Heights LLP out of our office in Adayar for some time now. If you know the area, you'll find us over at Ceebros Arcade. It’s on the second floor, Door Number 13, right there on 3rd Cross Street in Kasturiba Nagar. Adayar is a busy place, but it's where we get most of our work done. Being on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we're looking at plans or dealing with the daily paperwork that comes with this kind of business. We aren't a giant corporation with fancy lobbies, just a regular group of people working out of a practical space. Most days start early here because the traffic in Chennai can get pretty heavy if you aren't careful. We just focus on what needs to get done for our clients and keep things moving. The Ceebros Arcade building is a familiar landmark for many locals around here. People come and go all day, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much on big signs or anything. If you come by Kasturiba Nagar, you’ll see how the area is. It’s a mix of homes and little offices like ours. We just try to do right by the people who hire us and stay busy. That’s pretty much the story of how we run things daily.
