We are Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Limited, located at the same spot in Zamin Pallavaram as our sister company. Our address is Siva Vel Apartment, No. 2 Alagappa Nagar, flat C2/F1. Chennai is where we do the administrative work for the Pune operations. It’s a bit of a trek from here to Pune, but with technology, we manage just fine. Working out of an apartment building like Siva Vel makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big office block. We know our neighbors and the security guard at the gate. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time now. We handle the accounting, the bookings, and all the little details that go into running a hotel. It’s a lot of data entry and checking schedules. We don’t have a marketing department to write these things, so it’s just us telling you how it is. We appreciate the quiet of Alagappa Nagar because it lets us concentrate. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living and working in Chennai. We take it as it comes. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We are just a group of office workers making sure the hospitality side of the business stays on track. It’s a steady job and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. That is how we have always operated our company.
