Pace Harvest India Private Limited operates out of the Olympia Opaline Sequel complex on Rajiv Gandhi Salai, right in the Navallur area. It’s a bit of a weird spot for an agricultural company since OMR is mostly known for software and big IT parks, but we like it here. Being at 16A, Moon Stone gives us a decent base to handle the logistics of what we do. We aren't out in the fields every minute, but we are the ones making sure the harvest actually moves and reaches the right places. It’s a lot of phone calls, coordinating with drivers, and looking at spreadsheets. It gets a bit hectic in this office when the season is peaking. We aren't some massive corporation with layers of management; we are just a small team trying to keep pace with the demand. The "Pace" in our name probably comes from how fast we have to work most days. Navallur traffic is a headache, so we spend a lot of time just trying to manage the timing of everything. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the business of harvest and distribution from this little corner of Kancheepuram. Some days are just filled with small problems that need solving, and we just take them as they come. It’s practical work in a very modern part of town.
