Vathila Farms Private Limited

We are located at No.128 on 2nd Street in Krishna Nagar. It’s off Mudichur Road in West Tambaram. It is a more residential feel here than in the center of the city, which suits what we do at Vathila Farms Private Limited. We spend a lot of time thinking about land and how to manage it. It’s not a fancy glass building; it’s just a regular place where we meet and talk. We have a lot of paperwork because managing farms involves many details that people don't usually see. Some days are slow and we just sit and plan, while other days are hectic with people coming and going from different sites. West Tambaram has grown a lot, but our street stays relatively quiet. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We mostly just talk to people in the neighborhood or those who hear about us from friends. We try to be very straightforward about what we can do. There is no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. Most of us here grew up knowing a bit about the land, so it feels natural to be doing this work. It is hard work and sometimes the sun is too hot or the rains are too heavy, but we keep at it from our little office on 2nd Street.
