We are located at Plot No.Oz-13 in the Sipcot Hi-Tech Sez at Oragadam. It’s a very modern area with a lot of big companies nearby, but we try to keep our own way of doing things. The Sez is a busy place with a lot of security and rules, so coming to work every day feels quite structured. Our plot is where we manage the farm work and the trucks. Even though we are in a high-tech zone, at the end of the day, we are still dealing with plants and soil. We have a small team that works out of the office there. It’s a bit more organized than a village office, but we still have that local feel. We aren't big on corporate jargon. We just talk about the schedules, the water, and the shipments. Sometimes the commute into Oragadam is a bit of a headache with all the traffic, but once we’re at the gate, we get into our routine. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on the status of our plots. It’s a different environment than a traditional farm, but the goals are the same. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. We’ve been here for a little while now and we like being part of the Oragadam community. It keeps us busy and there’s always something new happening.
