Chettinad College & Research Institute

Chettinad College & Research Institute is a large place where a lot is happening at once. We have students coming in every morning for their classes and staying late for their labs. It’s a big campus. You can see people in white coats walking between buildings all day long. We have the academic side with all the lectures and the research side where people are looking into science stuff. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of people talking or machines humming in the background. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and making sure the schedules work out. It’s a lot to manage. The students are mostly focused on their exams and their projects. We have some common areas where they sit and talk. The research part of the institute is where the more serious work happens. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place for learning and looking for answers. Sometimes the internet goes down or a lecture gets moved, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a small school; we have a lot of people here every single day. It’s a busy life on this campus. We just keep the doors open and the labs running. It’s about the work and the study, nothing more than that really. We focus on the curriculum and the experiments. That is just how life is here for us.
