Fabionix India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 25-A in the KIADB Industrial Area in Bidadi. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city, but it's where all the industrial action is. The area is full of large sheds and factories, and ours is one of them. We spend our days on the factory floor mostly. There is a lot of space here, which is good because the machines we use take up quite a bit of room. The morning starts with everyone arriving on their bikes or taking the company bus from the nearby towns. It’s usually pretty quiet until the machines start up, and then you can’t really hear much else for the rest of the shift. We have a small office section for the billing and the computers, but most of the action happens where the parts are being made. The air smells like metal and cooling oil. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out to drop off raw materials or pick up finished loads. Lunchtime is the only time the place really goes quiet. We all sit together and eat before getting back to the floor. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a lot of visitors, just the usual delivery guys and the occasional inspector. We just focus on keeping the production lines moving without any hiccups. It’s what we do here in Bidadi, every single day.
