We set up Zip Infotech Pvt Ltd in Shop No 2 at Daulath Market, which is part of Sco-41 in Sector 20. It is a practical location for a business like ours. The market is usually busy with people buying their daily groceries or getting household things fixed, so we fit right into the neighborhood. We deal with info-tech stuff, which basically means we spend our time on computers and helping folks with their technical needs when they get stuck. The shop isn't huge by any means. We have got a couple of desks pushed against the walls and a lot of cables running under the floor mats to stay out of the way. It can get a bit messy when we have a few different projects going on at once. We aren't some polished firm from a glass tower in the city. We are right here in the market where everyone else is. Sometimes people wander in thinking we sell phone chargers or batteries, and we have to explain we do more of the software and systems side of things. It has been a few years since we moved into Sector 20 and we like it here. The landlord is okay and the neighbors at the tea stall next door are always friendly. We usually grab our lunch from one of the food vendors nearby. Working here feels grounded and real. We don't use big words to describe what we do every day.
