Trigma Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has its office on the 3rd floor of Tower ‘C’ in the Dlf Info City, which is part of the Chandigarh IT Park. Being in an IT park means there is a very specific routine to the day, like waiting for the elevators with everyone else in the morning or seeing the same faces at the coffee machines. Our floor is pretty much what you would expect from a tech company in Chandigarh. We have our workstations, some whiteboards that are usually covered in messy scribbles, and a small break area that is usually a bit cluttered. The view from the third floor is mostly just other office buildings and the parking lot, but it is a solid place to get work done. We have a mix of people here, some who have been with us for years and others who are just starting out. It’s not a fancy place with bean bags or anything, just desks and chairs where we sit and write code or talk to clients. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so you will see people wearing sweaters even when it is hot outside. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure everything is working like it should before we head home for the evening.
