Helnix Lite

Our shop is on the ground floor of the Kesho Ram Complex in Burail. Sector 45 C is a crowded place, especially near the HDFC ATM where everyone gathers. We spend our time surrounded by lights and electrical stuff. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes piled up. The lighting makes the place feel different from the street outside. We spend a lot of time testing bulbs and making sure things actually turn on. People from all over Chandigarh come through Burail to find what they need. It gets very busy in the evenings when the market really wakes up. We’ve been here in these units, 667 and 668, for some time now. It’s not a quiet job. There is always someone asking about a specific type of fitting or a spare part. We try to keep things in stock, but the shelves get messy quickly. It’s just how it goes in a small shop. We don’t have a lot of space for a back office, so most of the business happens right there at the counter. You can see the traffic passing by the window all day long. It's a good spot because people know the complex well. We just keep the lights on and help whoever walks in from the street. It gets a bit hot with all the bulbs running, but we have a fan that helps. We usually stay until the market closes.
