Total Solutions

Our office is tucked away in the Kesho Ram Complex, specifically at No. 677 on the first floor. This is in Sector-45/C, which is a pretty active part of town. Total Solutions is just a small team of us working out of this space. We have a few desks, some computers, and way too many cables running along the floor. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they have issues they can't solve themselves. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking at screens. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, so there's always people moving around the hallways. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs to the first floor. It keeps us moving. We don't go in for big presentations or corporate talk. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. It's a practical way to run a business. We've been in Sector-45/C long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It's a decent spot to work from. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the tasks we get. Every day brings something different, which keeps it interesting for the crew here. We just show up, handle the requests, and try to get home at a decent hour like everyone else in the building.
