Zimidara Properties

Zimidara Properties is based out of Mohali. It’s a place that has grown so much in the last few years that sometimes it’s hard to keep up. We don't have a fancy multi-story office; we just work out of our space here in town. Most of our day is spent talking to people about land and where the new sectors are coming up. Mohali is full of construction right now, so there’s always something new to look at. We spend a lot of time in the car, driving from one plot to another to check on things. It’s not always easy work because the rules for land can be confusing and there’s a lot of waiting for papers to get cleared. We just sit with our clients and have tea while we talk through the options. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just tell people what the current rate is and what we’ve heard about the area. It’s a local business through and through. We know the roads and the different phases of the city like the back of our hand. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s packed with people all talking at once. We just handle it as it comes. We’ve seen Mohali turn from a small town into this big hub, and we’ve just been here doing our property work the whole time. It’s just home for us. We plan on staying right here as things keep changing.
