Kartik Estates

We are Kartik Estates and you can find us at 5 Mohali Sector 44 C. It’s a straightforward location in a part of town that we really like. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to work and meet people who are interested in property. We handle a lot of different things, from helping people find a new home to dealing with plots in the area. Sector 44 is a good place to be, and we’ve gotten to know it really well over the years. We don't have a big corporate team or a fancy reception. It’s usually just one or two of us here, ready to chat or answer the phone. We like to keep things relaxed. If you come in, we’ll probably just offer you a seat and talk about what you’re looking for. There’s no script we follow. We just use our common sense and what we know about the local market. Some days are slow and others are really busy with people coming in and out. We take it as it comes. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being around and being honest about the properties we list. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires knowing the neighborhood and the people who live here. We just try to keep things moving and help our neighbors find the right spot for their next move.
