You can find us in Zirakpur at Sector 35, where we have a small space in Cabin Number 1 at address number 12. It’s a modest setup but it works for what we do. Zirakpur is growing so fast these days that there is always something new to look at or talk about. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites across the sector. Since we are in a cabin, it’s quite cozy and we usually have files piled up on the desk. We don’t do things in a very formal way because we prefer just talking to people like neighbors. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or maybe a bit of land to invest in. We have seen a lot of families move into this part of town recently. It is interesting to see how the vacant plots turn into houses so quickly. We try to stay updated on the local prices, which seem to change every other month. We aren't a big agency with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or hearing about us from someone else in the area. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and help folks navigate the local market here in Sector 35. It keeps us on our toes and no two days are ever really the same.
