Sahib Properties

You can find Sahib Properties over at Sco 99 in Mohali Sector 40 C. We are located on the first floor, which is nice because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the ground level. We’ve been handling property stuff in Mohali for a while now and we’ve seen the sectors grow one by one. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and work through the different property deals that come our way. We have a lot of papers stacked up because there is always something to sign or verify. Most of the time it’s just us talking to locals who want to move or find a better spot for their family. We drink a lot of chai while we look over maps of Sector 40 C and the surrounding areas. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when people have time off to go look at houses. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s just honest work. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. We know which plots are good and which ones have issues with the drains or the electricity. That’s just stuff you learn by being in the business for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mohali, just a reliable one for the people who live here.
