City Property Associates

We are at 628 Sector 17 Bvk Iyengar Road. It’s a busy spot. My desk is near the window where I see people walking all day. City Property Associates has been here for a bit. It’s not fancy, just a room with some chairs and files. We deal with houses and shops around here. Sometimes the traffic on Bvk Iyengar Road gets really loud in the afternoon. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or walking to different plots to see what they look like. People come in with questions about prices or just to see what is available in Sector 17. It’s a lot of paperwork usually. I try to keep things organized but the folders pile up on the table. The lighting isn't the best in the back corner but we make do. Mostly, it's just about being here when someone needs to find a place. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one. Neighbors pop in sometimes for a chat about the local area. It’s a normal office day mostly. I drink a lot of tea while looking at map prints. The floor is a bit old but it’s okay. We know the streets around Sector 17 pretty well by now. Every day there is something new to look at or a different person calling about a rental. It's just steady work here at the associates office. Every now and then, we have to stay late to finish up some files, but that is just the way it goes with property work.
