Mani Properties

Mani Properties is located at 311 Sector 20 on Nda Pashan Road. It is a straightforward office in a part of town we know quite well. We do not have a big staff or a polished look. It is just a place where we come to work every morning. The road outside can get pretty busy with people heading toward the NDA or just commuting through Pashan. We spend most of our time answering the phone and writing things down in our notebooks. It is not a high-tech operation. We rely on what we see and who we talk to. Sector 20 has a lot of different houses and apartments, and we try to keep an eye on all of them. People come in looking for a place to rent or sometimes to buy if they have the money. We do not have any prepared speeches. We just tell them what is available and what the owners are asking for. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes we go out to show a flat and find out the keys are not where they should be, which is just part of the job. It is a bit unorganized at times, but we always get through it. We like being in this part of Pashan. It feels like a real community where people actually know each other. We are just here to help with the property side of things.
