Working out of a village area in Chandigarh gives us a different perspective. It’s much quieter than the city center, which helps us focus on our projects. The house is where we have all our equipment and lab setups. We spend a lot of time there, often working on things until late at night. We are a private limited company, but we don't have a corporate feel at all. It’s just a bunch of us who wanted to build things. The village atmosphere is nice because it feels more like a community. We have our own routine, usually starting with some tea and a look at our task list. There are no cubicles here, just open rooms with tables and chairs. Sometimes we step out for a walk in the sector to clear our heads. We chose this spot because it was affordable and offered the space we needed for our gear. It isn't a fancy lab you’d see in a movie. It’s just a practical workspace in a regular house. We like the simplicity of it. It allows us to put all our energy into what we are creating instead of worrying about office politics or looking fancy for visitors.
