You can find Weexcel Softwares Pvt Ltd over in Chandigarh, right in Sector-18/C. We are on the first floor of building number 1280. It’s a nice spot in a good part of the city. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become like a second home to most of us. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days writing code and fixing software bugs. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we enjoy the challenge. The windows look out over the street, so we can see what’s going on in the sector. It’s usually pretty quiet, which helps us focus. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers in suits. We’re just a group of people who are good at software and wanted to work together. Sometimes we have lunch together at the local stalls nearby. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home to our families. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We’ve had some long nights here when a deadline is close, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in Chandigarh; it’s a clean and organized city, which suits our style of working just fine.
