Vishavkarma Ind

You can find us over at Ganesh Road in Industrial Area Phase I. Our sign says Vishavkarma Ind, but most people just know us as the workshop on the corner. It’s a noisy place with the sound of grinding and welding going on most of the day. We have a few heavy machines and a lot of hand tools scattered across the workbenches. The air usually smells like burnt metal and cooling oil. We don't have an office where you can sit down; we usually just talk to people right there on the shop floor. It’s a bit messy, with scraps of steel and iron in the corners, but we know where everything is. Our crew is small, just a few guys who really know how to handle metal. We don’t have any big speeches about our work. We just take on whatever jobs come through the gate, whether it’s a small repair or making something from scratch. Ganesh Road is always full of trucks and there’s a lot of dust from the traffic. We keep a small stove in the back for making tea, which we drink out of glass tumblers. It’s hard work and it gets hot, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here for years and we don't plan on going anywhere else. It's the kind of place where your hands are always dirty by ten in the morning.
