You can find us at 112 Industrial Area Phase Ii. This part of town is full of warehouses and workshops, so we fit right in with the rest of the industrial crowd. We handle tools of all kinds, mostly helping out other businesses that need specific parts or repairs done. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a plain front with a heavy door, but we’ve got everything we need inside. It gets quite hot in the summer because the roof is metal, so we keep the fans running all day. We’ve got a few workers who have been with us since we opened up this spot. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. Usually, the phone rings and it’s someone we’ve known for years asking if we can get a certain tool ready by the end of the week. We do our best to get it done. The shelves are packed with boxes and loose bits of hardware, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we’re looking for in the piles. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we usually go during the break to get away from the noise. It’s a simple life here at Avtar Tools. We show up, work on the orders, and head home when the sun goes down. We don't use big words or try to act like we're a huge corporation. We're just a small shop in Phase Ii. It keeps us going.
