Reed M0Edway Packaging Co. Of India is over in Sector 40-C. We are on the first floor of Sco 68. If you know the area, it’s a pretty typical commercial block. We handle a lot of different packaging requests. The office is usually cluttered with cardboard samples and tape rolls. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend our time talking to clients about boxes and wrapping. It’s a lot more complicated than people think. Sentence lengths vary because sometimes we are just too busy to talk much. We have a couple of machines that make a lot of clicking sounds. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the stuff we pack doesn't break. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep. We have a small window that looks out over the parking lot. It’s a bit grey outside most days. We drink a lot of chai during the afternoon slump. There’s no big corporate manual here. We just learn by doing. If a customer has a problem, they just come up and we talk it out. That's how we've always run things in Sector 40. It works for us and it works for them. We are just a local packaging crew doing our daily bit.
