Chaturvedi Mills Store

Chaturvedi Mills Store is at P 318 in Industrial Area Phase Ii. We’ve been running this store for a long time now, and it’s basically a supply hub for the local mills and factories around here. We stock a lot of hardware, belts, bearings, and those specific bits of machinery that tend to break at the worst times. The space is pretty packed; we use every inch of the shelving all the way up to the ceiling. You usually have to use a ladder to get what you need for a customer. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but we have what people are looking for. The air is always a bit heavy with the scent of grease and rubber. We don't really have a sales team. It’s just us behind the counter. We know most of the factory managers in Phase Ii by their names because they’ve been coming to us for years. Sometimes the traffic in Phase Ii is a nightmare, especially when the big trailers are trying to turn around, but we are used to it by now. We usually have a small radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet when we aren't helping someone. It’s a steady pace of work for us. We open early because that’s when the shifts change and the urgent orders come in. It’s just about having the right part.
