V K Watch House

The traffic on Cst Road can be a real headache, but once you step into our shop in Sector 19, things slow down a bit. V K Watch House has been at 65 Cst Road for quite a few years now. We’re not a big retail chain with fancy uniforms. It’s usually just us in our everyday clothes. We have some old display cases that have seen better days, but they hold the watches just fine. People from Santacruz East know us as the local spot for a quick fix. We don't have a fancy mission or a polished logo. We just have our tools and a lot of patience. Working on watches requires a steady hand and a lot of focus, so we don't talk much while we're in the middle of a repair. We've got a small radio that plays in the background to keep things from being too quiet. Some days are busy with people dropping off stuff, and other days it’s just us catching up on the backlog. We like the rhythm of it. Being in Sector 19 means we see a lot of different people every day. We’ve fixed watches that have been in families for generations. It’s good to know we’re helping people keep their memories running. We’re just a normal part of the Santacruz East community at 65 Cst Road. If you walk by, you will likely see us at the bench.
