You can find us at 1276 in Sector 21B. It is a regular house where we have set up our workspace. Uw Infotech is basically a small group of us who are really into computers and data. We have been working from this location for quite some time. It is not a commercial building, so it feels very relaxed. We do not have an HR department or a big boardroom. We usually just sit around the main table and talk about what needs to be done. Sometimes we work late into the night, and the neighborhood is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. We handle a lot of info-tech tasks, mostly things that involve a lot of concentration. We are not looking to grow into some huge firm; we like the size we are. It lets us stay close to the work. There are usually a couple of laptops open and some papers scattered around. It is a functional mess. We do not really have visitors often, but when we do, they usually just pull up a chair wherever there is space. Sector 21B is a nice, green part of Chandigarh, and we like being based here. It is a simple way to run a business. We just take one project at a time and do our best to finish it properly. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just work together.
