Usha Watch Co

We are located at Usha Watch Co, right at the Main Chowk on Chandigarh Road in Zirakpur. It’s a very loud spot because of all the buses and trucks passing through the intersection all day. The shop gets a lot of dust from the road, so we’re constantly wiping down the counters. Being at the chowk means we get a lot of people who are just passing through town and need a quick fix. Maybe their watch strap broke or they need a new cell for their digital watch. We try to work fast because most people are trying to catch a bus or beat the traffic. The shop isn't very big, and it's filled with the sound of the traffic outside and the ticking of the clocks on the wall. We have a few old stools for people to sit on if the repair is going to take a little longer. It’s a family-run business and we’ve seen Zirakpur grow a lot over the years. It used to be much quieter around here, but now it never seems to sleep. We stay busy with the local crowd and the travelers. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the pace, but we like being right in the middle of everything. Just look for us near the main crossing. There's usually a bike parked right in front. We've been here a long time and know the area well.
