United Alliance Technology Llp

Our office for United Alliance Technology is actually located in a house in Sector 40 C. It’s House No 2573. Working out of a house gives things a much different feel than being in a big glass building. It’s a quiet residential street, so we try not to make too much noise and bother the neighbors. We’ve turned the main rooms into workspaces. It feels a bit like being at home, except there are computers everywhere and people are talking about tech stuff all day. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and sometimes share snacks. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes have a hard time finding us the first time they visit. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to get creative with how we arrange the desks to fit everyone in. It’s not a polished corporate environment. You might see some personal stuff lying around or a stray cat wandering near the gate. We just like the quiet of the sector. It helps us focus on the tasks we need to finish. There’s no pressure to look a certain way or follow strict corporate rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and enjoy the fact that we’re not stuck in a crowded office block.
