You can find us over at SCO 845/846 in Sector 22/C. It’s a standard commercial building and we have been here for a while now. The stairs are a bit narrow and the hallways can be quiet during the middle of the day. We work in the energy sector, but we aren't a massive utility company with thousands of trucks. It’s a smaller operation where we mostly handle the technical side of things and the planning. The office has a few computers and a lot of binders filled with data. Sometimes it feels like we are buried in spreadsheets, but that is the only way to keep things running right. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and sometimes share snacks. It is a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when there is a deadline. We don't have any awards on the walls or big posters about our values. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. The people who work here are mostly local and they know the area well. If you come by, you might find us arguing about a technical problem or just checking the latest weather reports. It is a practical place. We focus on the numbers and the equipment. We don't see the need for a lot of fancy talk or expensive decorations in our workspace.
