Firetech Engineers

We’ve been over at Plot No 766 in Industrial Area Phase II for a while now. Most days here at Firetech Engineers are just busy with the usual work. It gets loud in this part of town, what with all the workshops around us, but we don't mind it. Dealing with fire safety gear and engineering stuff means there’s always something to move or check. The guys are usually out back working on equipment or sorting through parts. It’s not the fanciest spot, but it’s where we do our thing. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is put together right. Sometimes people just stop by to ask about extinguishers or some piping, and we just tell them how it is. The floor gets a bit dusty with all the metalwork and moving trucks coming in and out of the lane. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Some new buildings went up nearby, but our plot stays pretty much the same. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things done before the day ends. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit. We’re usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grease or dust. That’s just how it goes when you’re handling heavy hardware and fire systems. We keep the kettle going for tea in the afternoons when things quiet down for a minute. Then it’s back to the tools.
