Tsdc Technologies is tucked away on the second floor of SCO 12 in Sector 16. It’s an older building, and the stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you’re carrying things up. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of extension cords running across the floor. It’s a bit of a tight fit when the whole team is in, but it keeps things friendly. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing here. If someone has a question, they just shout it out. Most of the day is spent on computers, typing away and looking at code or designs. Sector 16 is a nice part of Chandigarh, with plenty of trees and a bit more breathing room than the commercial hubs. We usually go out for a walk during the afternoon slump just to get some fresh air. The office doesn't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. We mostly use stuff that’s been here since we started. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that drives us crazy, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s just a normal place where people come to work and earn a living. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it before heading home.
