Chandigarh is a lot quieter than Delhi, and our spot at 3127/1 in Sector 41D reflects that. Tritronics India Pvt Ltd isn't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team working out of this space, and we like the organized feel of the city. The sector is mostly residential, so it’s a calm environment for us to get through our tasks. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy entrance. It’s just a regular door that leads into our workspace. Inside, it smells a bit like old paper and electronics. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some shelves that are starting to sag under the weight of files. It’s a humble setup. We don't go in for corporate talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take care of the business that comes our way. Sometimes the mornings are slow, and we spend time talking about the news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. Then the work picks up and we’re busy until evening. It’s a good balance. We appreciate the clean streets and the trees around here. It makes the workday feel a little less stressful. We aren't looking to expand into a giant office building. This small corner of Chandigarh is exactly where we need to be to do what we do. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind.
