Time Gallery has been sitting here in Sector 35 D for a good bit of time now. It is a small shop, mostly filled with watches and clocks of all kinds. We have the wall clocks that tick all at once, which can be a bit much if you are not used to the sound. I spend a lot of my day looking through a tiny magnifying glass. Fixing a watch takes a lot of patience and sometimes my eyes get really tired by the afternoon. We get people bringing in old watches their grandfathers gave them. Those are the most interesting ones to work on, even if they are a pain to find parts for. Sector 35 is a nice area, and quite a few regulars stop by just to chat while I am changing a battery or a strap. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us behind the counter. The shelves are a bit crowded because we try to keep a lot of variety for people to see. Sometimes a customer wants something we do not have in stock, and we just tell them honestly. We are not trying to be the biggest store in town. We just want to make sure the watches we sell or fix actually keep time. It is a quiet life for the most part. The shop smells a bit like oil and metal, which I have grown to like.
