Being in SM Height means we are around other companies, so there’s a bit of that professional energy in the air. Our office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our rows of desks and the usual office chairs that we probably should have replaced a year ago. It’s a straightforward workspace where the focus is entirely on what’s happening on the computer screens. We don’t have a lot of decorations or anything that isn't necessary for the work. There’s a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits, which is where most of our breaks happen. We talk about work, but we also talk about the commute and the weather. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use a lot of big corporate buzzwords here. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy streets of Mohali. It’s a good place to be if you want to get work done without a lot of distractions. We just show up, do our hours, and try to solve whatever technical problems are on our desks for that day.
