Softlogy Technologies Private Limited is based in Sector 49A, inside the PSB Society at House No-720. It's a bit of a residential vibe here, which makes the workday feel a little less like a grind. We aren't in one of those tall, cold office towers. Instead, we are right in the middle of where people live. You can hear the neighborhood waking up in the morning while we are setting up our desks. It’s a cozy setup, maybe a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. We have our computers lined up, and the kitchen area is mostly used for making endless cups of coffee. The society itself is generally quiet, which helps when we really need to focus on a difficult bit of work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and that’s just part of the background noise. We don’t have a dedicated janitor or a front desk person; we usually just answer the door ourselves if someone knocks. It’s a very hands-on way to run a tech business. We spend a lot of time just talking things out, sitting on whatever chairs are available. There’s no dress code or anything like that. People just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. It’s an honest way to spend the day, just a bunch of regular people trying to figure out technical solutions without making a big fuss about it.
