Getting to Sector 20 can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on Relief Road. We are based at SCO 76, and if you come by during the rush, you’ll see what I mean. Rx Infotech Pvt Ltd is basically a hub for computer parts and accessories. We have boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some corners. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We spend the morning checking shipments and the afternoon dealing with people looking for specific cables or laptop batteries. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lobby with magazines. We just have a counter and some shelves. The paint on the walls is a bit faded, and we probably should have repainted last year, but we were too busy. We handle a lot of tech hardware, so there is always that smell of new electronics in the air. We aren't a massive corporation with layers of management. If you call, you usually talk to one of the three or four of us who are actually in the office. We try to be honest about what we have in stock and what we don't. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front entrance, which is annoying, but that’s just life on Relief Road. We just keep moving, selling parts and helping folks get their laptops back in working order. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way at SCO 76.
