Roe India Private Limited is situated over in Sector-9 at SCO 56-57-58. This part of Chandigarh is usually pretty lively, and we like being in the middle of it all. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our daily business. We’ve got desks, chairs, and the usual office stuff you’d expect. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us since the start and a few newer faces. We don't spend much time on meetings that don't go anywhere. Most of our communication happens while we’re getting coffee or just sitting at our desks. It’s a very informal environment, which suits us just fine. We don't have a big corporate handbook telling us how to act. We just treat each other with respect and get our tasks done. Sometimes the workload gets a bit heavy, and we have to put in extra hours to keep everything on track. We don't complain much about it because we enjoy what we do. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work that doesn't always get a lot of attention, but it’s important to us. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to keep doing what we’re doing right here in Sector-9.
