Working out of the Air Force Station at High Ground in Chandigarh is a bit different than being in a regular commercial area. Our office is at Smq Wo 2 3, and because it’s a military area, things are kept very orderly and quiet around here. We have to follow the station rules, which means we keep a pretty tight schedule every day. The surroundings are nice and open, which is a change from the crowded city centers. Our company handles various tasks that come up on the base, and we’ve been stationed here for some time now. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. The building we’re in is sturdy and functional, designed for work rather than looking pretty. We don't get a lot of random walk-ins because of the security, so most of our work is planned out in advance. Chandigarh weather can be quite extreme, so we’ve got some old heaters for the winter and a decent cooler for the summer months. It’s a steady pace of life here. We do our jobs, handle the paperwork, and make sure we’re following all the local protocols correctly. It feels good to be part of the community at the Air Force Station. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing budget, just our daily routine and the work we do for the people on the base.
