Pyxisa India Private Limited

Pyxisa India Private Limited is based out of HNO 3108 in Sector 22D. It’s a fairly central spot, so getting around isn't too much of a headache for us. We started this whole thing because we wanted to work on our own terms. The office is really just a few rooms filled with computers and cables. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do good work that makes sense. A lot of our time is spent looking at data or fixing bugs that pop up out of nowhere. It’s the kind of work that takes a lot of patience. Sector 22D is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes we get distracted by the noise, but usually, we’re too deep in our work to notice much. There isn't any formal dress code or anything like that. You’ll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts. Big team-building retreats aren't our thing either. Usually, we just go out for a meal together when we finish a big project. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We focus on the tasks we have and try not to get ahead of ourselves. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes.
