Pragati Hardware

Pragati Hardware is situated at Sco1038 on Thindlu Main Road, right near Himani’s Residency. We are part of the Sector 17 area, and if you live around here, you’ve probably walked past us a few times. The shop is easy to spot because of all the metal and tools visible from the front. It smells like iron and oil in here, which is something you get used to pretty quickly. We’ve got shelves stacked high with everything from nails and screws to heavier tools. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for because there is just so much stuff tucked away in the corners. Thindlu Main Road is a busy stretch, so there is always a bit of dust coming in from the street. We try to keep things clean, but a hardware store is never going to be spotless. The building is part of a residential and commercial mix, so we see a lot of people who are just working on their own homes. We aren't experts in everything, but we know enough to help people find the right bolt or hammer. It’s a straightforward business. We open early, stay until the sun goes down, and then head home. No big speeches or fancy promises, just a hardware shop on a busy road. People seem to appreciate that we are just regular folks trying to help out.
