Prabhu Shree Ram Marble

We are Prabhu Shree Ram Marble, located in Zirakpur B Block on 10th Khetwadi Lane. You can find us right near Chimney Heights. If you are looking for us, look for the big slabs of stone stacked up. It’s a heavy business, literally. We spend most of our time moving marble around and showing people what we have in stock. The yard gets quite dusty from all the stone cutting, so we are always washing things down. It is not a glamorous place to work, but we like it. The lane can get narrow when big delivery trucks come through, so it takes some maneuvering to get everything in place. I have been at this Zirakpur location for a few years now. I know the people who live in B Block well. They often stop by just to see what new patterns we’ve got. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights and air conditioning. It’s mostly just an open space where the marble stays until someone buys it. It’s hard work, lifting and loading all day, but it keeps us busy. My hands are usually covered in stone dust by the end of the day. We don't really do much advertising; people just see the marble from the road and stop in. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We stay open as long as there is daylight to see the colors in the stone properly before we close up the yard.
