Bajrang Kota Stone

Bajrang Kota Stone is located right in the middle of the Marble Market in Saragpur. If you are coming from Dhanas, it’s pretty easy to spot us because of the stacks of green stone piled up outside. Kota stone is what we know best. It isn't like those fancy marbles that cost a fortune. It’s tough, it’s honest, and it lasts a lifetime if you lay it down right. Our yard is usually quite busy with laborers loading the heavy slabs onto tempos. It’s a dusty business, and by the end of the day, everything we wear is covered in that fine grey powder from the stones. We don't have a fancy office. Most of our talking happens right there on the shop floor or out by the trucks. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years, but people still keep coming back for Kota stone because it just works. We spend our days measuring slabs and making sure the edges aren't chipped too badly. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, especially when the monsoon hits and the yard turns into a mud pit, but we still try to get the orders out. We are just local people making a living with stone. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just the name on the board and the stones in the yard. Most people just stop by while they’re looking at other shops in Saragpur. It is hard work but we are used to it.
