You can find Northern Softech Solutions Private Limited over in the Industrial Area Phase 2 of Chandigarh. We are in Block No 29/6. Being in the industrial zone means there is always something going on around us, with trucks moving and people busy at all hours. It suits us because we aren't really the corporate office types. Our space is functional and mostly filled with desks and cables. We do a lot of software work here. It’s not always glamorous, and sometimes we’re just grinding through lines of code until late in the evening. We started this because there was a need for practical tech help in the city. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It's just a bunch of people who know how to build stuff for the web and internal systems. The air can get a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we’re used to it. We take our breaks at the small tea stalls around the block. It gives us a chance to clear our heads and talk about something other than work. Sometimes things break and we have to scramble to fix them, but that's just how the tech world goes. We try to keep our feet on the ground. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a solid service to anyone who needs software help. It's a busy, loud, but good place to be.
