New Rajan Watch Co

We’ve been operating New Rajan Watch Co for quite a few years now. The shop is at 35 L H Road, right along Varachha Road in Sector 17. If you are in Surat, you know how busy this area gets. The traffic outside is constant, and you can always hear the horns and the people walking by. Inside the shop, it’s a different story. I try to keep it calm so I can concentrate on the watches. I’ve got a lot of cabinets filled with different types of glass and leather straps. People come in when their watch stops working or if the glass gets a scratch from their daily work. I don't make big promises about how fast I can do it. I just take the watch and see what is actually wrong with it. Sometimes it’s just dirt inside that needs cleaning out. Other times, the whole movement is broken and needs parts. Sector 17 is a good place to be, even with all the noise on Varachha Road. My family has been in this trade for a long time, so it feels natural to be sitting here with a magnifying glass over my eye. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door and the work we do every day. It’s a steady life, and I appreciate the regulars who have been coming to see me since I opened.
