Micromation (P) Ltd.

Being in Industrial Area Phase II means it’s always pretty loud around our spot at E 22. There are trucks constantly moving in and out, and the air always has that smell of metal and exhaust. Our building for Micromation (P) Ltd. is a bit of a gray box, but it works for what we do. We have a few rooms filled with computers and some older machinery that makes a lot of noise when it gets going. It’s mostly a small team of us here, and we all wear multiple hats. One minute I’m looking at a screen, and the next I’m trying to fix a jammed printer or moving boxes around the storeroom. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception desk with a bowl of mints. Usually, you just walk in and find someone working. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used piece of equipment we own, even if it leaks a little bit on the floor. We’ve been in this industrial patch for a long time, so we’ve gotten used to the noise and the dust. Most of our days are spent just trying to stay on top of the work and making sure things get shipped out when they’re supposed to. The parking lot outside E 22 is always a bit of a mess with all the delivery vans, so you have to be careful where you pull in. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks.
