You can find us at Sector 34 on Lbs Marg, specifically in Sco 144 and 145. We’ve got a couple of units there which gives us enough room to breathe and do our thing. Mayflower Innovative Solutions is a bit of a long name for us, but we’re just a bunch of people working on various technical projects. The office is pretty functional and simple. We have some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles and diagrams that only we can really understand. It's not a place that’s meant for showing off to visitors or having big parties. We mostly just focus on the projects we have going on right now. The location is good because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is nice. We tend to work hard through the morning, take a quick break to eat, and then get right back to it. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved or something is broken, whoever is closest just handles it. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have our daily tasks and we try to finish them by the end of the day. Sometimes we get stuck on a tricky problem for hours, but that’s the nature of the work. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it relaxed for everyone. We like being on Lbs Marg and have gotten to know the neighbors.
