Mahajan Industries

Mahajan Industries is situated at 524, Industrial Area, Phase-II, Ramdarbar. This is the industrial heart of Chandigarh, and our building is just one of many in this sprawling estate. We are a manufacturing unit, so the place is always noisy with the sound of machines running. We make various industrial parts and components. The air usually smells like machine oil and metal. It’s not a place for white shirts; we all wear work clothes that can get a bit dirty. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just safety signs and calendars. We have a small office area tucked away in the front where we handle the billing and orders. The rest of the space is taken up by the workshop. We have a team of workers who have been with us for a long time, and we all know the routine. Morning starts with checking the machines and the day's production schedule. We aren't some giant corporation with layers of management. If there's a problem, we just fix it right there on the shop floor. Lunch is usually a quick affair in the small break area. It’s a gritty, practical place where we focus on making things that last. The roads in Phase-II are often bumpy, but we’re used to the trucks coming and going all the time. Everything is about keeping the production lines moving without any delays or fuss from our side.
