Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd

Our spot for Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd is in Chandigarh, specifically over in Sector 48A. We are located at number 745 in the GBS Society. It’s actually at Vineet Tyagi’s place, where Sh. D.K Tyagi stays too. It’s more of a residential-feeling setup for our coordination work. Chandigarh is a very planned city, so everything is divided into blocks, but Sector 48A has its own quiet vibe. We don’t have a big neon sign out front like some other places. We mostly work on the phones and the computers from here. It’s a lot of talking to the different plants and making sure the steel goes where it’s supposed to go on time. The neighbors are mostly families. Sometimes the kids are playing outside in the society while we are inside checking our spreadsheets. It’s a bit different than being right in the middle of a noisy factory, but it works well for us. We’ve got the regular desk setup and a lot of paper files stacked up. The GBS Society is pretty well-known around this part of the city. We’ve been here for a while, just doing the daily grind. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a big marble lobby. It’s just a regular office where we stay busy. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized as best as we can. If you’re coming by, it’s just a normal house in the sector. We keep it simple and just focus on the steel business day by day. That is how we operate.
